Upfront and Timely Feedback

Waiting for a year, a month, or even just a week before you can provide feedback is not as impactful compared to on-the-spot feedback. Whether it's positive or constructive, timely feedback influences positive engagement levels amongst employees.

About

A brief story about the app.

During the pandemic year 2020, Jayson (co-founder/creator) and his wife Lee, while both working from home, were having a casual conversation about how much time and stress it takes to document all of your accomplishments for the past month, to present to your boss for your monthly review (one-on-one). And this is when Lee had an epiphany of a specialized app that will not only make documenting your accomplishments less stressful, but also, keep your boss informed in real-time and allow them the opportunity to provide timely feedback that can boost employee morale and engagement.

So armed with Lee's idea, Jayson pulled together an initial design which he then pitched to his close friends Adrian (co-founder/creator) and Ramil, both very talented coders as well. And after months of design and development, in January 2022, the beta version of the ExSlacker app became available to the public.
